Danny I. Qubain, BSCE, MCE, CM&A
President
Mr. Qubain was educated at North Carolina State University with BS and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering. He also taught Civil Engineering at NCSU. He holds several professional engineering credentials and the Certified in Mergers & Acquisitions (CM&A) designation.
Mr. Qubain has lived in several countries as an engineer, contractor and entrepreneur. He has personally started, purchased, managed, and sold numerous businesses throughout his career. Currently, in addition to SMA Advisors, he owns and operates an Exit Realty franchise on the Treasure Coast of Florida.
Mr. Qubain has been actively involved in the mergers and acquisitions business for 20 years, both in the USA and abroad. He oversees the operations of SMA Advisors and is personally involved with client and buyer activity.
